  1. By registering to this software, you are presumed to agree with the following terms and conditions:-
  2. This software has a copyright with the developers of this software. No matter from this software, including but not limited to text, layouts, graphics and images, etc. should be copied and/or reproduced partly or fully in any form in an electronic, mechanical, photographic, print, or any other form of media.
  3. The software is intended to work on the SaaS (Software As A Service) Model through the Internet. Under no situation, any claim will be entertained regarding the source code, libraries, components or modules, etc. used to develop the software.
  4. The software is primarily designed to work under a modern web browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Compatibility with all other browsers can not be fully assured.
  5. The software can also be accessed on mobile devices. However, some of the screens which necessarily occupy a larger area to display all the information may require you to scroll accordingly.
  6. Training is imparted upon a maximum of two requested users and/or operators and/or team supervisors.
  7. The support cycle for the software is up to 5 years as mandatory support, the next 2 years as extended yet optional support, and no support thereafter.
  8. No guarantee can be extended upon the compatibility of the software with future Operating Systems and/or Browsers and/or other Software/Hardware Technologies.
  9. All the software modules are tested and debugged as far as possible at our end. However, no claim for any compensation will be entertained for any kind of damages or losses that occurred at your end due to any kind of malfunctioning and/or mishandling and/or misunderstanding of the software for any reason whatsoever.
  10. All the reports generated by this software, whether as a hard copy or a soft copy, are designed as per the current prevailing practices. No guarantee can be extended whether they will always meet the requirements of any auditors or law enforcement authorities. If some requirements are changed over a period of time, we will try to incorporate them in the subsequent upgrades of this software. However, any conditions or a timeframe shall not bind us in this regard.
  11. You are the whole and sole judge and the final approver of the suitability of this software for the purpose you are subscribing it.
  12. As the software contains some modules of accounting, it is expected that the user of this software must have sufficient knowledge of the financial accounting of a business organization. We are only a software provider, and thus can not act as an accountant for your company.
  13. All the business data you submit to this software is stored on the online servers located at the data centers of highly reputed companies. They claim to have a very high uptime and ensure the safety of your data. However, for additional safety, you may download a backup of your data from time to time and store it on your local computers.
  14. Only a person, who is of legal age (as per his/her territory), can open an account with this software. For users from Indian territory, the legal age is 18 years.
  15. Any account created for the first time will provide you free access for about one calendar month only. After that, you must make payment as per your choice of various payment plans.
  16. If your account is nearing to expire, you will be alerted by email and SMS messages only. (No phone calls or personal reminders at all). In case any account is blocked due to non-payment before its expiry, no request to unblock it will be entertained without clearing the due payment.
  17. All payments must be made preferably by online payment options. Alternatively, you can also pay by Cheque, Demand Draft, or Pay Order drawn in favour of either the Developers' Company or the Authorised Reseller, as quoted.
  18. Any payment made through a cheque must be ensured for its realization, as your account shall be activated or extended only after the realization.
  19. Any cash payment, if ever made, must be vouched by a proper receipt, duly signed and issued by our authorized person. Otherwise, we may or may not acknowledge the payment.
  20. The above charges do not necessarily cover any further development charges in the software. Any minor, routine upgrades or revisions may be provided free of cost. However, any major upgrade required due to changes in your business patterns and/or any changes in the law of the land will attract extra charges as deemed suitable at that time.
  21. As you are subscribing to this software on a SaaS (Software as a Service) basis, any payment made for the purpose is non-returnable and non-refundable.
  22. Similarly, your registration to this software is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-re-salable.
  23. The terms and conditions mentioned here are only for a handy reference and are usually a subset of all the terms and conditions quoted to you as may be applicable to your individual case.
  24. All disputes are subject to Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh, India) Jurisdiction.
