Service Account

We are happy to announce that we are soon going to introduce a concept of FA Service Account. This service account will be controlled by an online web portal so that you can access it from anywhere at any time and from any device. You will have to make a one-time registration of your company/firm on it, and your registered email address and mobile phone number will be used for all future communications with you. This web portal is designed to control the following three major areas of your dealing with us:

1. FA Software Licensing: Whenever you purchase FA software from us, a license key is generated and installed on your computer, so that the software may run in fully functional mode. All these license keys will now be stored on this portal. Moreover, if you happen to format your computer, or change it for any reason, a new license key has to be generated. All this will now be controlled by this portal and can be done by yourself, if you wish so. Whenever any such operations are done, either by you or by us, an OTP will be sent to you and verified, in order to make sure that you are permitting it. The license key installed on your computer must be verified at least once a month. This process is automatically done by the FA Software in the background, and you need not worry about that. However, if your computer does not get connected to the Internet for more than a month, and the key is not verified automatically, the FA Software will remind you to do so. In that case, you may connect your computer to the Internet for a short while and verify the key immediately. If you ever wish not to continue working on any one of your installations, you can surrender the respective key, so that no more annual charges are applicable on that. Again, for this operation, an OTP will be sent to you and verified, in order to make sure that you are permitting it.
2. Annual Maintenance Charges: As you know the annual maintenance charges (AMC) are applicable on every installation of FA Software after the first year of usage, and are accounted for every financial year. If you purchase software in the middle of a financial year, the charges are calculated for the remaining quarters. Now all the above accounting of AMC will be done by this new portal. You can log in and view your AMC Ledger to know the status of your dues and payments. In case any dues are there, the portal will also inform you about that by sending reminders on your registered mobile numbers and registered email addresses, and also inside FA Software itself. Please note that you should not expect personal calls from us in this regard, as it's not always practically possible. Once you log into the portal, you will be given an option to pay your AMC dues through our online payment gateway. Just like any other e-commerce website, you will be given all the payment options, like ATM Card, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, E-wallet, etc. Once you make a payment through any of your preferred methods, it will be automatically updated in your AMC ledger, and no more reminders will be sent to you. While using the above payment option, you can combine the payment of any Service charges you wish to pay at that time along with the AMC dues.
3. Service Charges Account: As you know we have been providing a number of online services to you for quite some time. These services include GSTIN verification, E-Way Bill generation, E-Invoice generation, Online backup and restore, etc. We are also planning to add on more such services like Bank Account verification, Aadhar verification, GST Returns uploads, messaging, and many more. However, the cost of providing such services is increasing day by day for various reasons. May it be the revision of rates by the provider, changes in the Government rules, or changes in your business status. Hence, in the future, we are compelled to apply some charges for these services. We sincerely and humbly expect your kind co-operation in this regard, and thank you in anticipation of continuing to patronize us. Furthermore, we must say that you need not worry a lot about the above charges, as we have tried to keep them extremely nominal and as low as a few Paisa or a few Rupees per service call. For your convenience, you can log in to this portal, and make an advance payment of service charges. The minimum payment slab is kept as low as Rupees 100/- only, and absolutely no validity of any time period will be applied to this amount. You can consume it in as many days, or even years, as per your requirement. However, if you no longer wish to consume it, any balance amount will not be refundable. You would also be given a facility to enable or disable any of these services in your account. Only if a service is enabled, you would be able to access it in your FA Software. Whenever you would use any of our online services, the respective amount for that service will be deducted from your current balance, until the balance is fully exhausted. The portal will send you reminders on your registered mobile numbers and email addresses in the advance so that you may recharge it timely before it's exhausted and the services are blocked. Again, please note that you should not expect personal calls from us in this regard, as it's not always practically possible. For your kind consideration, a list of services and their proposed charges are mentioned hereafter. We reserve the right to add or reduce some services in this list, and may also revise the charges for any of them as and when required.

Note: Please note that any payment received by us against the purchase of a software, or subscription of a software, or maintenance/support charges, or additional services charges, is non-refundable, non-returnable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-adjustable.
